I'm really excited to share with you some news – the launch of our new magazine, The Coastal Table!
I set out on this journey many months ago and after spending the better part of a year meeting and talking with people about The Coastal Table cookbook. Along the way, I met so many people who were not only excited about the recipes in it, but the fact that it was so much more than just a cookbook. In addition to the over 120 recipes in the cookbook, you'll find a lot about the region of southern New England (and its food culture) that inspired it.
What I learned during this time was that people wanted to know more about their own local producers as well as discover new ones wherever they could, as well as the stories and inspiration behind them. All of this got me to thinking about taking the concept of the cookbook even further. To broaden our reach to all over the world.
Over the last several months we've been busy curating our first few issues with insightful content, beautiful photography and so much more! As our pages are coming into the design phase, we are getting more and more excited to share it all with you. Our first issue is set to launch next spring and between now and then, we'll be busy keeping you updated on our progress, along with some behind-the-scenes photos as well as some really great recipes to give you a sneak peek at what to expect in the magazine.
