fresh berries with limoncello-mascarpone cream
3/4 cup cold whipping cream
4 ounces mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons limoncello, plus extra for drizzling
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Fresh berries, for serving
- In a medium bowl, add cream, mascarpone, sugar, limoncello, and lemon juice. Beat until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- To serve, divide berries among serving glasses or dishes. Top with a dollop of cream and a drizzle of limoncello syrup. Serve immediately.
