ramen slaw with ginger dressing
For the most crunch and best contrast of texture, serve immediately after combining.
2 3-ounce packages raw instant ramen noodles
1 14-ounce package prepared (shredded) coleslaw
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons finely minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Cut or break up raw ramen and add to a large bowl along with coleslaw.
- In a medium bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, ginger, light brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined.
- When ready to serve, add dressing to coleslaw mixture and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
